More Than Sweat - First Quarter 2019

This is a quarterly health and fitness subscription where you will receive BRAND NEW content every single quarter with ongoing, accountability in a private Facebook Group: 1. App Based Exercise Program: 4 Week Exercise Program complete with Video Demonstrations 2. Nutrition: Fresh recipes and snack/breakfast/lunch ideas every single quarter 3. Educational Resources: Exercise and Nutrition Guides as well as an Eating Plan customized to you 4. Private Facebook Group: You will also have access to a private Facebook group that will serve as a portal for encouragement, discussion, motivation, accountability, camaraderie, questions, information, tips, prizes and so much more. In this group, we will give you tons of free content: workouts, education, meal plans and so much more! Plus, we will be keeping you accountable with fun check-ins, challenges, themes, games and prizes on at least a weekly basis. This is a quarterly subscription program where you will receive new exercise and eating content every quarter (March, June, September and December), and all the while, there will be continuous, fresh and fun education and accountability in the Facebook group for the entire three months of the quarter. When you register, you will be enrolled for that quarter, the content of which you will get to keep forever. If you want to participate in subsequent sessions and receive the fresh content, you will need to re-enroll! If you do not, you won't get the new workouts or eating information, and you will be removed from the Facebook group and all the free content and prizes.

Why Join

Every quarter, you will receive the following and more:

1. APP BASED EXERCISE PROGRAM: You will receive a monthly exercise program with five workouts per week in a user friendly web platform and downloadable app (Android and iOS) complete with video demonstrations. The workouts can be done at home or in the gym, and there are modifications for almost every single exercise so whether you are just starting out or are a seasoned vet, this will be challenging, yet doable for you. The workouts last about 30 - 45 minutes, and they will be BRAND NEW every single quarter.

2. EXERCISE RESOURCES: These are educational documents that you will have access to at all times.

Exercise Guide: This guide explains suggested principles and theories of exercise so that you know the science behind my reasoning.

Workout Rules: This will teach you how to have the most effective and efficient workout as possible. It is not enough to just go through the motions, and I will help teach how to maximize the exercise.

3. NUTIRITON CONTENT: You will be provided with fresh eating content that will be BRAND NEW every single quarter. All of the following will be given:

Dinner Recipes: Every quarter, we will give you several dinner recipes in a downloadable electronic file. We will also give you menu plan suggestions in the Facebook group using these recipes and other simple classics.

Breakfast/Snack/Lunch Ideas: Each quarter, you will receive 5 new ideas/recipes for breakfast/lunch/snacks. We will also give you suggestions on how to utilize these to make meal planning and preparation easy and enjoyable.

4. NUTRITION RESOURCES: In addition to all of the above nutritional content, you will have access to the following nutrition resources. These documents do not change as they are your education on how to eat in a balanced, moderate way that is enjoyable and sustainable.

Nutrition Guide: A guide that explains the encouraged nutrition principles for healthy eating and the reasoning behind them. These principles will not only help you fuel your body properly by ensuring that you are getting the appropriate micro and macro nutrients so that your body can perform optimally and burn fat, but they will also help you enjoy and appreciate food as medicine, community and pleasure guilt-free. These principles will teach you how to physically eat properly in addition to helping you establish and maintain a healthy mental and emotional relationship with food.

Whole Foods Guide: A list of whole foods broken down into category and serving size

Caloric Intake Plans: Three different eating plans are provided, and you will use BMR + TDEE in order to determine which you should be following. These plans not only ensure that you will be getting the right amount of food, but also the proper balance.

5. PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP: You will also have access to a private Facebook group that will serve as a portal for encouragement, discussion, motivation, accountability, camaraderie, questions, information, tips, prizes and so much more.

We will be posting in this group on a regular (daily/weekly) basis in order to not only educate you, but keep you accountable with fun check-ins, challenges, games and more that will often included PRIZES! Plus, we will give you tons of free content: workouts, education, meal plans and so much more! The goal of this group is to help you figure out how to live and a balance a healthy lifestyle that works for YOU and make the whole process a little bit more FUN with community, challenges and rewards.
